December

What a joy December always brings!  Thankful for our time with family and the celebration of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ🙌

Started off December getting to watch our niece Olivia while her parents were in Mexico!  We loved having her and were quickly reminded how much work little ones are:)

Still letting Santa know what they want for Christmas :)

Our couples Bible Study group adopted a family for Christmas and enjoyed some time together wrapping their gifts!

Christmas vibes all around:).

Joden had a gymnastics clinic in Papillion on a Sunday so we grabbed a quick lunch, which Joden thought was amazing because the kids got to build their own dessert.  Then the next morning are the wounds from being a gymnast!

Got some cheap shirts at Old Navy and I love this one for sure!

Mike and Joden snuck away on a Monday night to go see Finn's orchestra concert:)

Odyssey date for dinner group!  As always it was amazing:)

Church program for Joden, crazy sweater day for mom, and Gates school program...crazy to think this is the last year for Joden!!

Movie date in bed with this cutie!

Miles--pretty much like our cousin/nephew!  He really liked his green apple sucker at the basketball game;)

Family date day...aka Sunday Funday.  We got blessed with a beautiful day for a women's Husker basketball game, ice skating, beers, and Blue Sushi for dinner.  We had a blast and hopefully we can do more of these in our future!

Christmas with my family!  We hosted Christmas Eve and went to my sisters for Christmas Day.

Santa accidentally got the wrong size of boxers...4XL!

Fun with cousins while they were here-movies, bowling, skating, and hanging out!

Us adults snuck away to the Odyssey...again, so yummy!

Got some snow over break-thought this tree outside our window was beautiful!

Christmas break dates-Joden went to the movie and duck hunting with dad.  Reeve had coffee with mom!

After attending the gala the last two years we decided to just enjoy a night at home in our sweats with some friends/family.  We had a great time!

Psalm 96: 1-3
At the dawn of the new year I'm filled with hope for what is to come, and I have thankfulness in my heart for what has already passed. I pray that I will keep my focus where it needs to be this year and that we'll all have a year filled with joy, love and happiness.
