January.February.March
So when your son accidentally spills water on your computer ruining it, you have to wait until a new computer arrives to blog again:/. So, here are a handful of my favorite pics from the last three months.
Literary Character Day :)
One of the greatest blessings for me this winter was being able to help coach Reeve's basketball team. Since I stepped down from coaching at the high school level this year, this was a very different, yet rewarding alternative:). Looking forward to watching these girls grow in the years ahead!
Celebrating I Love Public Schools Day with my staff. We sure have a great time together and I am very thankful for the blessing of working with them:)
Very much needed weekend away with the love of my life! Sometimes I question how I got so fortunate to be blessed with Mike, but at the same time I always thank God for the gifts he has blessed me with.
Thought I would include this picture of my niece with her boyfriend Blake for their winter dance because I cannot believe how fast she is growing up! Glad she is happy and loving high school:)
Mike's sister, Kati, shared some wedding pictures so I saved this one! I sure love the colors going on in this picture-AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL:)
Table number two arrived and we are in love! We love it more than our first one:)
Picture explains why I love this one...I love being a mom! Praying they will still want to hang out with me in years to come:)
Mike's dad came down to watch Joden and Reeve hoop it up! Mike has several mannerisms that are so his dad...thought this was a moment worth capturing!
Food prepping flat out sucks because it is so time consuming, but so rewarding during the week! We are not perfect by any means--we just try to set ourselves up for making healthy choices.
We have enjoyed watching lots of basketball this winter and especially Duke!
Quality time with my crew is a must! Also, this was a yummy stop in Kearney.
Joden's 4th grade teacher has definitely made Joden's top teachers list:). This school year she was pregnant with her first baby and had him this winter. His name is Logan and he is a cutie pie!
No school for the kids resulted in several hours of sledding! Glad it was warm enough out to enjoy some outdoor fun.
Headed to Lincoln for the weekend to play basketball and the Ankeny's joined us so they could find a place to live. The weekend ended up with the Ankeny's finding a place to live, no basketball, and lots of fun with family!
This picture below was a moment of laughing so hard that I almost peed my pants. Shannon not only scrapped their pickup on the wall of the parking garage, she then had to use a kayak oar to hold open the back of the pickup.
As Shannon prepared and actually moved from Sidney to Lincoln the kids got some extra time with their cousins this winter. Hoping that now that they are moving closer they will get to spend more time together!

Movie night in our bedroom per Joden's request. We watched Matilda and the kids loved it!
Last basketball game of the season! Love her SO MUCH:)
How in the world does 10 years go by so fast? Very grateful for this guy and the memories we have already made and the ones still to come!
Spring break=trip to Springfield, Missouri to visit my sister. We had a great time and enjoyed visiting their new place they now call home!
Dinner group...aka our Grand Island family!
